ADMISSIONS POWER HOUR — $195
Need clarity, strategy, or expert feedback — fast?
This focused 60-minute session is designed to help students and families make meaningful progress in a single sitting. We’ll use the time however it’s most helpful, whether your student is just getting started or almost ready to submit.
We might use the session to:
- Brainstorm personal statement or supplemental essay topics
- Create a strategy for approaching the application process
- Identify what a school values and how to reflect that in application materials
- Review a draft live and discuss revision priorities
- Build or refine an Activities List or student resume
- Review a nearly finished application for clarity, cohesion, and typos
This option is ideal for families who want targeted support without committing to a larger package. It’s also a great fit for self-starter students who need expert guidance, a second set of eyes, or help getting unstuck.

5-HOUR APPLICATION STRATEGY PACKAGE — $850
This is my most popular option for a reason — it offers a balance of support, flexibility, and momentum that families find really helpful.
This package is designed for families who want meaningful support across the written application process — without the open-ended feel of unlimited coaching.
These five hours can be used flexibly and strategically over Zoom and asynchronously, depending on what your student needs most. Some students use this package to go from “I have no idea what to write about” to polished drafts. Others use it to strengthen work they’ve already started.
We can use this time for:
- Brainstorming and outlining essay ideas
- Drafting and revising the personal statement
- Developing and refining supplemental essays
- Receiving detailed feedback on structure, voice, tone, and grammar
- Building or editing a student resume or Activities List
- Strategically completing the Additional Information section
- Reviewing the Common App for clarity, cohesion, and consistency
- Drafting and editing letters of continued interest
This is my most popular option because it offers flexibility, structure, and momentum while keeping the work focused and manageable.

PERSONAL STATEMENT REVIEW — $400
This review is for students who already have strong drafts of their application materials and want expert feedback before submitting. It works especially well for families on a shorter timeline or a smaller budget, as well as for students who are comfortable working independently after receiving clear, actionable guidance.
This review includes feedback on:
- The personal statement (or UC PIQs)
- The Activities List
- The Honors/Awards section
- The Additional Information section
- Supplemental essays for one school
I’ll evaluate already-written essays for insight, values, style, and more to help ensure the writing is doing its job. You’ll receive detailed inline editing feedback and a Loom video review, and students may also schedule an optional 30-minute Zoom session with me to ask questions and discuss next steps.
Please allow 3 business days for the completed review.
Reviews for additional schools’ supplemental essays can be added on for an additional fee:
- 2-school review: $525
- 3-school review: $650
- 4-school review: $775 (or consider my 5-hour package)
Billing Details: Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
END-TO-END PERSONAL STATEMENT + APPLICATION COACHING — $2,000
Comprehensive Support Through a Structured Timeline
This package is for students who want more in-depth support as they identify a strong personal statement topic, develop the essay, and build out key supporting pieces of the application.
After the student completes brainstorming assignments independently, we’ll begin meeting via Zoom to:
- Discuss the patterns, values, and stories their brainstorming reveals
- Complete additional brainstorming and freewriting activities as needed
- Explore potential essay structures
- Choose a meaningful personal statement topic
- Structure and outline the personal statement
- Work on the Activities List, Additional Information, and Honors/Awards sections
- Review the student’s college list and identify high-level topics for supplemental essays
Please note: School-specific supplemental essays are not included in this package. See the Supplemental Essay Add-On below for that service.
From there, we’ll work together to develop the personal statement from rough draft to submission-ready essay. I provide sample essays, async edits and feedback, Zoom meetings, and other resources to help students move forward with confidence.
This package is best for families who want a high level of support and accountability throughout the process.
Billing Details: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is billed one month after the initial invoice date.

SUPPLEMENTAL ESSAY ADD-ON — $500/SCHOOL
School-Specific Supplemental Essay Coaching
This add-on is available only to students working with me on the End-to-End Coaching Package and applying to schools that require supplemental essays alongside the personal statement.
Once we’ve completed the personal statement, we’ll use the brainstorming work the student has already done to develop supplemental essays that avoid overlap and showcase new sides of the student. Because many colleges ask similar questions, we’ll also identify opportunities to adapt essays across schools where appropriate.
If students are applying to a college that encourages a resume, such as UT Austin, we can also use this process to create or refine their student resume.
Billing Details: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The second 50% will be due one month after the initial invoice date. Students can add additional schools at any time during our work together.
NAILING YOUR PERSONAL STATEMENT TOPIC IN 60 MINUTES — $17
Brainstorming a personal statement topic can feel overwhelming, especially when students think they need to come up with something wildly unique right out of the gate. This self-directed 30-page workbook helps students generate strong, personal essay ideas in just 60 minutes.
Using guided exercises, students will explore their unique values, meaningful experiences, identity, quirks, and even the objects and moments that reveal who they are. It’s an affordable, low-pressure way to begin the essay process — and a great fit for students who want to brainstorm on their own before deciding whether they want feedback or coaching.
You can also purchase add-on feedback from me, including written comments and a Loom video review, to help you evaluate which topics could work best for the personal statement and possibly supplemental essays.
