What format should my resume be in?
Send it as a Word doc or PDF, in whatever format you have it — a UT Austin/A&M expanded resume or a traditional one-pager. I’ll give feedback via Google Doc.
How long does feedback take?
You’ll have your written feedback back within 3 business days of submitting your resume.
Do you rewrite my resume for me?
No — I don’t rewrite your resume for you. I give you specific, actionable feedback, along with a few sample bullet rewrites to show you what a stronger version looks like, so you can apply that same approach to strengthen the rest of your own resume. The work — and the voice — stays yours.
What if I don’t have a draft yet?
